My baby boy is due 7 days before my Grandma's birthday. If he happens to be born on her birthday I would love to somehow include her in his middle name, but I don't know how to. Her name is Mary Hancock Hill. My husband refuses to use Hancock or Hill. Is there a male version of Mary? She is Welsh, could I use a Welsh name as a v tenuous link?? Any ideas greatly appreciated.

I think Merrin, Merry and Marin could be considered a male version of Mary. As far as I know Merrin and Merry are English (not sure?) names... So, not really Welsh, but at least geographically close?

I must say I quite like the name Merrin. And Marin (which I'm not too fond of) is getting increasingly popular where I live.

What about Marion? I know it's more a female name however there are men named Marion. I knew one who was Polish.

Just chose a boys name that you like that starts with "m"

Bryn as it means hill In Welsh

I'll admit I only know that from Gavin and stacey

I was going to suggesg Bryn too, due to Gavin and Stacey.

Although in Spain/Italy the name Mary might also be Maria and the male form is sometimes suggested as Mario .. unfortunately there is not a true male form of Mary.
