We have found girls names far easier to think of - even uncommon ones that we love. But with boys we are having a real hard time - we've been through babybooks, the internet, my sister took her nursery register out on her lunch break and phoned me to read out all the boys names and still no joy!
We have though, half decided that if we don't agree on one fairly soon we would use both our fathers names. His dad is Terry and mine is John. We both actually like the name Terry - it's not a 'faddy' name...is it?
However....lol...fussy mare that I am...I can imagine a little toddler called Terry perfectly well (I think it has a 'cheeky chappy' sound to it), but calling a baby Terry doesn't sound right to me? OH agrees. What do you all think?
There is the option of having Terry and John around the other way but I wouldnt be happy with that, for obvious reasons
