braxton hicks? bump hard?

Hi guys,
i was wondering what do BH actually feel like?
will i know when i get um , are they very distinctive?
my bump gets really hard and tight sometimes along the bottom of it,
is this cos of bubs position do ye think or is it practise tightening?
it doesnt feel like bub really cos its like a band accross my tummy .
my whole bump goes hard sometimes too, last time it stayed like that for 2 days, im presuming that was bubs back or something.
im not worried just curious,

My BH feel like my bump gets really hard in one spot and feels like there's a lot of pressure in that spot for a few seconds, sometimes longer. It sounds like you could be having BH. Not sure about 2 days straight though.

the 2 days thing was different , i think bub was facing my bum with his back out
but the bottom of my tummy tight is a different thing i didnt explain very well
