When do you get Brixton kicks?

What exactly do they feel like?

I have had a few tightnings/pressure in my lower tummy. Only about 3-4 in the last two days. Do you think this might be what it is? Xx

When I get them my stomach goes hard and feels tight but it doesn't hurt x

My whole stomach gets hard, my mom describes it as vice grips closing around my atimach, which sounds about right to me.
It doesnt hurt its just uncomfortable.
