What do Braxton hicks feel like? I'm not sure if I have had them. Sometimes I get a hard pushing feeling up higher or down low but it's in a small spot like the size of fist. I thought it was baby pushing. That wouldn't be Braxton hicks right? That's supposed to be a tightening I thought. I'm just confused.

Braxton hicks feel like period cramps and can some time get real intense but moving around dunking water different positions and stuff may help ease it off

With Braxton Hicks, you typically will feel your entire abdomen harden with some pressure as well - but not usually overly painful, more uncomfortable than anything else. If it is just a small spot, i wouldn't think it is BH but baby pushing out. Although, sometimes active babes lead to internal irritation and can give you a few BH

For me Braxton hicks means my whole belly goes really hard and tight..can be uncomfortable especially when I'm walking and it happens but not painful

I feel loads of pressure with mine that's very down low. I need to hold up my belly of it feels like baby's going to just fall right out. My whole bottom abdomen gets hard, me pelvis aches like no one's business and it's just a very uncomfortable feeling all together.

I didn't think I'd had any but sometimes I notice my whole bump is hard, I can't even feel it, it's not sore or even uncomfortable for me, it's like when I can feel baby's bum or back but all over, I only notice if I happen to be feeling my belly, I never notice it start or stop. I think it varies between people, apparently everyone gets then but like me some just don't really notice

I tend to only get the very low in my front and in my back, it feels really uncomfortable but not painful enough to warrant painkillers. I find sometimes a shower helps, mine are normally straight after a workout :).

My BH I get very sore tight across lower bump and my back aches - I have to say they hurt more this time around than they did with DS

I would say if it is just in one spot it would be baby pushing out or something
