My sister breastfed 4 kids after having a breast augmentation. Not sure exactly what procedure she had, but so long as they don't cut through your milk ducts then you should be able to breastfeed.
It depends whether the lift meant cutting the milk ducts and repositioning the nipple. Implants go behind all the milk making structures so shouldn't interfere. I'm shocked how often this comes up on here...it must mean surgeons are not talking to women about the procedures and asking them about whether they intend to breastfeed in the future and what impact the surgery might have on this.
