Breastfeeders, when did AF return?

Hi ladies
Im 6 months pp today and no sign of AF yet which i gather is normal as bf... Just wondered when yours returned?

Following! I'm 11 months post partum now with no sign of AF returning. It's been lovely but I kind of want it back because we're TTC.

Ive had spotting started at 8 weeks then 12 weeks pp n now at 14weeks pp im spotting again! So weird.
Last time i started my period at 14weeks pp and stayed regular until i got pregnant with lo2. Ive never had dodgy periods so im findin all this random spotting abit weird!

Just got mine yesterday!!
Was really disappointed I only stopped my pp bleeding a few weeks ago
With my first it came back at 6 months, when we started weaning

So jealous! Mine cane back 5 months PP. We were EBF, not on solids yet and LO was still gaining 2 lbs a month. Not sure why it came so early, but I hate it, because with it came PMS and a nasty dip in my supply every month.

I can't remember when it came back with my son!
I had the tiniest amount of spotting about 6 weeks ago and i thought that was it AF is back, but nothing else!
It's amazing to see how different we all are!

Oh dear! Not sure how pleasant i would be with PMS as well as sleep deprivation, fingers crossed ill be getting sleep by the time i get cycles back !

With DS1, AF returned a few weeks after I stopped BF at 6 months. From 3 months, he'd been having a bottle of formula from DH at the late feed so technically I was combination feeding. He was still feeding in the night right up to me stopping & I've heard that helps keep AF at bay as you don't have big gaps in feeding. He was weaned at that point too.

14 months combo from 9 months. Weaned at 16 months and still producing at 19!!

Almost 17m, still hasn't come back. Hope I don't have to do something drastic when we ttc #2.

Ahhh jealous!!!!! I got mine last week at 5 months pp he still eats about 3-4 times a night, has never had a bottle of formula and we aren't even starting solids yet!

10 weeks while ebf! My lo was also stil waking 3-4 times a night.

Mine returned at 3.5m pp while EBF and has been very regular ever since.

11mo with my first (was BF 4-6x/day)
17mo with my second (was BF 2-4x/day)

Hoping it stays away for at least as long this time!
