Breastfeeders, when did AF return?

With DD1 I EBF (as well as offering solids from 6 months) and my AF returned around 22 months pp, she was a pretty terrible sleeper though and a bit of a booby monster at night time. DD2 is also EBF and no signs of AF so far. So all in all I've only had about five periods since early December 2009 as we conceived DD2 during my first fertile cycle pp.

With DS1 and EBF, 6 weeks I had a case of unfortunate genetics there.

With DS2 and EBF, 7 weeks Looks like another case of unfortunate genetics.

8 months pp while ebf. I was on holidays (of course!) and was bf my baby a lot so was surprised and disappointed to see the return of AF. Also, talk about bad timing, lol!
