Breastfeeding and boob jobs..

My hubs brought up a question.. He asked me what if you had a boob job, would you still be able to breastfeed or how would that work? I thought It was a good question cause I didnt no lol So I thought sum of your girls might no..lol

I do believe its ok, but I think it also depends on the type of boob job you got. My sister just had one and they went under the muscle so I think that is better if you plan to breastfeed. But im not an expert...

It all depends like Suz said ... there are tons of things that come into it although no reasearch says its a definate no no ... but they also state they give no garantee that you can, as like any other mother.

If you're going bigger it's not usually a problem, but if you're going smaller it can be a real problem.

I had a breast enlargement in Oct 2006 and am currently breastfeeding my daughter, despite failing to bf my son in 2005 ironically! I was cut in the crease under my breast so it didnt interfere with milk ducts.
However, if I'd known I was going to have more kids, I'd have waited to have the enlargement after having the kids!!!
