Hi ladies

I didn't breastfeed for long, only 2 weeks, but I wanted to share my picture as I love the closeness me and my daughter had and that special bond. I miss breastfeeding and I really felt like a failure for stopping. I'm over those feelings now, but still miss it. Anyways, my photo:

Lovely pic rooster. You may have some discomfort for the first few weeks but the nippoes become hardened!! Make sure lo has mouth very wide and takes as much of the nipple and surrounding area as possible else sucking on just the nipple will make you sore.

Please excuse my pajamas in the first picture lol. But she was facing me to start off with, and then turned herself around so she could see the TV.

And then in the second is was nap time.

The first picture is of her very first feed right after our homebirth, and the second is from when she turned 3 months old. She takes her morning nap like this every day!
