Breastfeeding Photo's

ahhhh everyone has such gorgeous piccies.. makes me sooo upset that i stopped.. im sooo gutted and frustrated with myself as i still get the urge to want to ... like toria says its such a bond and i loved the fact she relied on mummy to feed her for 4 days..i know i made the decision for her safety and health (she kept turning blue and had to be rescusitated whenever she fed ) but i hate myself for stopping.. i think now i could have expressed.. dont give up everyone who is new to it.. keep going and take the piccies as you do forget what its like XXXX

:hugs:

You did the very best you could hon! No use looking back on a decision made for the best, and out of love.

These are lovely photos everyone! I'm glad I wasn't tossed out of here on my arse for posting mine (I wondered if people would think they were gross or pornographic somehow :dohh:)

It is one of the most beautiful images on the planet IMHO.

Ain't mamahood grand?

:happydance:

Aint it grand indeed! :D

As for being tossed out on your ass :)rofl: btw :p) I don't think you're the first person who wanted to post up pics of your baba 'enjoying the boobie juice' (I know I wanted to share mine in the photo gallery before, but was just too nervous of the reacion I would get, or whether people would want to see them or be grossed out or something!) so you've done us all a favour by breaking the ice :D

Thank you!!

Yeah I had a few from when I was in hospital but I deleted them. I would've loved to have posted them!

These are pics of Noah in the NICU it was his first time breastfeeding. I tried very hard with BF when we got home but he was way to useto the bottle. Its a sore subject for me, but I do treasure these photos.

Oh wow what a little stunner! :D She might not be all sleepy and drunk, but that photo definately captured her character by the looks of it! She's so beautiful, mickey :)

Funny, I PMed Wobbles the other day as well, and I've not had a reply yet either. Hope all's well with her

I think she's stupid-busy... Apparenly running a forum like this is very hard work and time-consuming - Not to mention having a baby (and trying for another?)... I'm sure she'll get round to answering all our questions sooner or later! :D

Hope everything's okay, Wobbles! :hugs:

I'm not sure if I'm reading this wrong but I'm going to answer anyway because even if you don't think this there are people that do think it's piss easy ;)!

Running a forum as busy as BabyandBump IS hard work & time consuming nevermind quite tiring if I'm honest! Between being fulltime parents, back in fulltime work, running our home & a fulltime forum time isn't on our side - I am employed I earn a salary & although I refresh, post the odd thing, check with the mods theres no trouble I do have to respect my boss that I am paid to work not be on my forum 6 hours between 9-5, Monday-Friday then theres the fact Stircrazy somehow needs to work although self-employed he doesn't earn money doing nothing either so then after work I have feeds, dinner, bottles, washing, house work.... Oooo then sleep before 1am if I'm lucky (rare)! I admit things easily slip my mind & also try to enjoy the forum myself with the admin hat off!

Girls the thread is now a sticky & has been renamed - I have also added an admin note to the original post.

:D x

Glad this has been made a sticky, hopefully sometime in next couple of *cough* years i can post here :) xxx

mickey - what a gorgeous photo! Her eyes are stunning x

I don't think everyone realises we work - People just see us online most of the day I guess! :D

Oh God sorry Wobbles!! I can entirely see how you could have read that as being sarcastic, but I didn't mean it that way at all - I wrote that post in all sincerity!

I was just trying to give an explanation of why it takes time for some requests or messages to get answered - because running the forum is hard enough, and on top of that you are a mother and you work... I know that I don't need to tell you that...

But I really do appreciate the work that you do here.

Sorry for the misunderstanding; on reading it back, I can see that, that post was really badly written on my part.

 Plesae don't think I don't appreciate the work you do here... I really, really do :(
