broken itti help!

i had an AIO from cheeks and cherries, its about 5 weeks old - and barely used! One wash a week or two ago and it went crunchy, one wash later and it is completely unusable - it seems like the PUL has all stuck together and has formed an odd shape and the minky is all puffy around it (abit like a tutto lol)

should i send it back?
what would you do?

this happened to me before with a peppermint itti, i just rang alix and told her and she sent me a new one straight out with no problems. just giver her a quick ring or pop her an email and im sure she will be happy to help x

What the others said - get back in touch with C&C If you wanted, you could even e-mail a photo to show how it has gone. I'm sure they'll replace it no bother
