Brownish/pink discharge

I'm just about 9 weeks pregnant and I have been having a lot of constipation. I just had a Bm and when I wiped there was some pinkish discharge and now I'm kinda crampy but seems like the cm is back to white. Idk if I should wait a bit or call my dr. I had the same thing about this time with my first pregnancy and I went to ER and they said it was nothing. I'm panicking that something could be wrong. My husband isn't home and it's just my daughter and I right now. I have had an ultrasound already and they said everything looked good.

I had some after a BM a week or so ago. I heard that straining to push and then also after an internal exam/ultrasound, you can spot.

What about the Cramps? They aren't horrible, more like period cramps. But the bleeding has stopped.

I called my Dr and she said to take it easy and if i start bleeding or the cramps get worse to go in to ER or make an appt tomorrow. Gonna be another sleepless night :/
