Bruno?

This is OH's favourite name. I actually suggested it at first but now I'm now as sure. My favourite is Jasper but I worry that it is going to get very common, as Rory has. What do you think? I'd use it but I have a bad feeling it's the sort of name most people would hate!

Sorry! I'm not sure I'd rule it out for that reason, it's not like it's going to become a cult classic to be remembered for generations or anything, it was just a lighthearted film really.

Hi, I think everyone naturally plays word association when it comes to names and they're so different from person to person, this name makes me think of 2 things- Frank Bruno and my Auntie's horse which is called Bruno. But if my friend had a baby and called him Bruno, then I'd naturally think of the baby and his personality when anyone says the name in the future so I'd definitely come round to it. I don't think it's too popular and flows nicely with 'Rory and...' xxxx

I'm not a fan really but not because there is anything wrong with it, it just doesn't "shine" to me. I think it goes well with Rory though and it is a strong name is good (imo)

I prefer jasper to Bruno. Bruno makes me think of the dog from cinderella (sorry!!! I spend way to much time watching Disney movies! )

On the note of rory, I don't know anyone who has that name!
