Bucket

Home bargains get proper nappy pails in every now and again, think they werelike £4.99?

I just got a food compost bin from morrisons which does us well but now I'm using cloth full time it's not big enough really

I just got a bucket with a lid from Wilkinsons, think it was about £4

Need one i can get posted. Definately wont fit all nappies in a food one

I have this https://www.wilkinsonplus.com/Plast.../Jr0dBa86IHIZ2Uj6ZBJHWJ/I+nUP4ff IrdbXBjF2A==

but it's expensive if you have to pay for delivery unfortunately!

I got this Smart nappy pail

but I did do a big order and got free delivery. You could try Ebay for a bargain, or maybe this one from Boots Boots nappy pail

Or pick one up the next time you go to the supermarket, any buckey with a lid or bin would do, even those swing lid type bins I would think, and they are a couple of quid from most Tesco's, Asda, etc etc.

Hope that helps x

Swing lid is still a bit dangerous if kids jump in! Unless you dry-pail them... Only takes a few cms of water for drowning to occur.

Just a thought!

I think I'm going to get this one.

Not super cheap, but a decent price, I think.

Just a note but i wouldn't bother with junior joy stuff, from my experince anyway it's bit of a rubbishy make.

Damn. I'd heard that about Junior Joy nappies but I thought the bucket would be ok. I guess that's me back to square one, so if you find a good deal, Maffie, I'd be interested to know too.

I've got this one too, and it does the job - its ideal if you can get to a wilkinson's

I originally had the Mothercare one but it was way too small. I then bought a Junior Joy one which is bigger. I don't think it's crap quality...it's just a bin :) Though I think I could still do with a bigger one!

Well nappy wise i think i have 10 tot bots, 12 little lambs, 10 fuzzi bunz and soon will have 16 ittis then the odd other oh yes and a few bumgenius and flips. gosh thats alot of nappys! going to hate when i need to get rid of all my small nappies.

ahh but then you get to buy more :happydance:

If compost bins usually have carbon filters in the lids to reduce odors, I wonder why nappy bins don't?

I was thinking of getting something like this: https://www.strawberryfield.co.uk/Buynow-id-10495-jumbo-odour-free-caddy-30l.html?source=googlebase 30L carbon filtered bucket. But maybe it isn't really necessary and a normal bucket is just as good?

I don't have any problems with the nappy bucket smelling, but some people do, and it's not massively expensive so why not!
