bum cream and fleece liner

LO has a bit of a sore bum due to stealth pooing so I have been applying a bit of bum cream. We use fleece liners. I have noticed that normal washing isn't removing the cream from the liners.

Any tips?

Maybe put them on a normal wash, as the liners are not the absorbing part of a nappy using more liquid should remove the cream. Or switch to disposable liners until her rash has cleared.

I'd scrub them by hand with washing up liquid before washing as usual, making sure to rinse really well.
