Bumps2be2011

Hell yeh the weather has been amazing! Me and the lady I share an office with went for a nice long walk for our lunch break! Was great. Now just sat in out lounge with a glass of wine and the balcony doors open! Lovely. Going to take Chester a walk in a bit.

Quick question... When do you ladies think I should stop drinking? I mean I only prob have one glass of wine a week, if that, so it's not loads!! xxx

 This is a big debate point I think, as a lot of sources will say that a glass of wine(red) every now and then during pregnancy has the same health benefits for baby as mum, while others say you should remain tee-total. I really love a glass of wine every now and then, so I've looked into this and from what I have found, it's certainly a moot point, so I'd do whatever you felt comfortable with.

Personally, I think I'll only be abstaining during the 2ww, and then the pregnancy, as so long as you don't over do the booze during the rest of the month, it doesn't seem like it affects the health of the egg or the chances of conception. But as I say, it is a very personal choice! x x

 Welcome back Anna, glad you had a nice time!

I'm already on the list on front page, it's Leah L who isn't (baby.love).

Has everyone enjoyed the lovely weather today? OH had the day off, so we went for a nice drive with the sunroof open. We were looking for a specific hairdressers and got lost, :haha: so decided to investigate some of the oxfordshire villages. They're soo pretty! x

Sry hun...I think there was a bit of pregnancy brain left in there. lol :flower:

Leah L....when do you wanna start to TTC. x

Danielle, I think it's up to really.

I had a few nights when I had a drink while we TTC. I actually had a couple of barcadi breezer the night before I found out I was pregnant. and I had half a beer when I was about 6 months pregnant...cause I craved it for days sooooooooooooooo bad. lol

Hiya girls

Sorry i missed you all yesterday i was a busy little bee

As for adding me to the list, i think Feb.. But think we might be NTNP towards the end of this year :D

Will catch up on what i missed in a bit xx

i cant believe its so nice outside. I hurt my ankle yesterday so should be resting but there is always something you have to go out for x i'm hoping next year when we are ttc it doesnt take to long cos i hate being hot and really don't want to be pregnant in the summer. It would be nice for a summer baby . Suppose every pregnancy is different x hope your all well x

I have been soooooooo bored today. I have no motivation to get up and do anything though, so have just been dozing on and off with a book  can't wait to get back to uni on Monday and have something to occupy me (if only for a little while!) enough to stop me thinking about babies babies babies. I think my OH would really prefer me to go back to telling him boring stuff about the law than babies at the moment too, poor boy :haha:

Bored bored bored, may have to have another little doze... not sure if I'm actually tired or just bored though :dohh: x x x

I've been really bored at work today too. I think it was because I was longing to go out in the sunshine! And I'm ticker watching like crazy! Keep checking to see how much longer lol, I can't wait until it goes down to under 2 months! I keep telling OH how much longer and he rolls his eyes lol his mum has told me not to get too worked up about it all as it will mess with my cycle and she wants to be a grandma asap!! xxx :)

Happy weekend everyone :flower: my poor OH is at work, so I have had a lay in and going to get on with the housework soon... yay! :growlmad:

OH came back from work yesterday in a very broody mood  he had to occupy a 3 yr old and 7 yr old while their parents talked with another sales advisor. Apparently he really enjoyed it, and the 3 yr old even invited him to her next birthday party :haha: he said they were really cute and well behaved, and he can't wait till we have our own. But we still need to wait because of money boooooo :growlmad: Hope he's not expecting our children to be miraculously well behaved though! x x

the weather has been fab hasn't it!

i've made the most of it. took my son to the local farm park yesterday with a picnic. i even had to get the suncream out!

sorted out the garden too and have actually managed to stick to my diet for more than 2 days, yay! it's so much easier to eat less and excersise more when the weather is good.

hope all you ladies are well.

i really need to loose some weight i have put on 3llbs and its horrible:growlmad: before i was with oh i was about 10st and now im 12st 5. I need to walk with caleb more now in the day even if its just 30 mins aroung the park. im crap with diets.:dohh:
Hope everyone is ok and enjoying the weather:happydance:

I had a lovely day...Hubby, Joe and I went down to Chichester to see my best mate and my godchild. Had cupcakes and a lush milkshake. On the way home we had McDonalds (I know we are pigs lol). Joe was a bloody nightmare to get to bed after such an exciting day, but at least the weather was lush....It can stay like this until September and then some snow plz. lol I was properly the only one in the whole United Kingdom who really really loved the snow. lol

Hope you all had a wonderful day. x x

I would have loved the snow, had it not been for the commute to uni everyday during it. The trains coped terribly with it, and I was so nervous that I would get stuck somewhere random! The one day I made it in with no problems, the class had been cancelled as the tutor couldn't make it in... but I had to leave so early I missed the e-mail telling us!! :growlmad: Other than that I <3 snow! x x

I think Britain doesn't cope very well with snow what so ever...bt I guess we all have to start to suck it up soon cause by the looks of it we will get more winters like last. So if they want to close schools for the snow every time we gonna have very dumb kids soon.

its not long til you go to germany is it anna? I like the snow only trouble this year i had was i couldn't get out with pushchair it was that deep plus caleb was only a few weeks old x

I like snow :) especially when I get a snow day and can stay at home and drink hot chocolate hehe :) hope everyone had a nice weekend xxx
