Bupa staff mat leave and pay?

Hi, I am going to be starting work for Bupa soon, and was wondering if anyone out there knows what their staff maternity policy is in regards to maternity leave and pay. Would be grateful for any info. Thanks in advance. x

Just contact HR for BUPA. Was informed that to be entitled for maternity leave pay. You need to completed 26 weeks in service by the 15th week the baby is due.

First 8 weeks - Full Pay

Followed by another 8 weeks - Half pay

Then you receive nothing after that apart from the SMP.
