burning breast

I have baby. #3 cooking now but with my girls I did try to bf I had a hard time bfing because when they would feed it kind of burning needle pricking feeling threw my whole breast I couldn't stand the feeling. Have any of you ladies get this an what do you do for the pain?

Sounds like a possible yeast infection. Have u seen your doc? They can give u something for that.
