Burning feet

I'm suffering from burning feet...... they feel so hot all the time and it's awful when i go to bed. sometimes they feel so hot i have to go put them on the cold kitchen floor - but they're actually not hot to touch... am lying in bed with laptop now when should be sleeping but feet on fire

i have an office job so am not on them all day.. i'm not overweight and keep active... have been to the doc who did some blood tests, blood sugar, thyroid, liver & kidney - they all were ok... but my feet continue to burn and ache.... occasionally i'm getting tingling in my pinky fingers too... don't know whether to go back to the doc - feel like a mad old hypochondriac!

Ooh, no ideas but I get this too! Just wanted to let you know you aren't mad! I don't know what causes it.
