So I got onto the bus with my OH downtown, and the freaking thing was PACKED. everyone was standing up. So I'm standing there trying to hold on to anything while the bus moves and the stupid driver continues to pick more people up! :dohh:
And this guy starts bitching about how we weren't moving to the back, I'm sorry I can't fit through a tiny hole in 8 people!
So we eventually get to the back and this lovely teenage girl let me sit down. I was vehemently thanking her when the guy sitting next to me says "You aren't big enough to need to sit down on a bus"
Are you serious? Just because my bump isn't big doesn't mean my baby isn't! I am carrying a nearly 6lb baby! So I told him I was due next month and he said "kids these days milking pregnancy" are you fucking serious? I am 20 years old, and I'm 8 months pregnant! It's hardly causing a scene to want to sit down on a moving bus! What if I fell on my stomach?

What a dickhead. Some people are so ignorant.

arghh actually made me angry reading this! what an arsehole! :growlmad:
xoxox

What an ass. I'd have told him 2 go get impregnated then tell me it aint hard at 8 months.
Ruddy heck men like that piss me off, they think its so easy.

I hate when people think it's appropriate to offer their unwanted opinion :nope: especially when it's a man! i'd have turned to him and said "no uterus.. no f**king opinion!"

big hugs though :hugs: xx

wow what a complete d*ck! I would have given him a right earful too! Argh :growlmad: I mean as if he even knew how hard pregnancy was, there's some blokes for you!!

xoxox

Urgh!
Men ehh?
You should have bloody said... Well i may take your opinion into consideration after you've suffered with morning sickness, cramping swollen feet and ankles, sore boobs back ache, brused ribs, the constant strain of carrying a baby for the length of time I have! But you never will so your opinion isn't valid. oh and age is a number it doesn't make me any different to any other pregnant lady  x

Similar thing happened when i was in Disney. On the coach back to the hotel and some Spanish family start slagging me off because my bump isn't massive and the dad had to stand up. I'd been walking round a park all day at nearly 30 weeks and they expect me to stand up for 20 mins on a coach!
I'd have shouted something at him love :)

I'd be pissed, I would probably speak my mind and cause a scene :haha: damn hormones.

Busses can be horrible!! i literally had the same thing when i was pregnant but i was 4 days overdue and someone tutted at me asking to sit down as i was in agony! they thought i was only like 4 months!
then the other day i got refused to go on a bus because my pram was too big and i was taking too long trying to juggle a squirming baby, changing bags, and folding the buggy up and getting the right moneys out.
i complained, and they made a note of it and are apparently sending me a free day ticket (grateful and all that... but i don't need it now... i needed it the other day when the bus driver refused me...)
always worth making a fuss hunn...
and as for the other passenger, it just goes to show how us teenagers are WAY more considerate than the OAP's these days.

I'd have hit him. Plain and simple. Then blamed it on the hormones. :haha:

What a dick!
I never got anything like this but if I did I would have given him a piece of my mind (or fist :haha:)

big hugs! i know how that feels believe me!

i got on the bus home from college and it was packed (again the bus driver kept picking up more people) i was already stuck right beside the doors!
Some woman wanted to get off so i tried to move out the way for her to get passed but i couldnt because of people getting on the bus her words to me were "you need to move hen your too big to let me past!" i replied with i'm 8 months pregnant and normally a size 12, whats your excuse for the size 22's, loose some weight and you would have been able to get past me, i can't loose the weight til after i've had my baby and i can't move out the way because of all the people behind me.

My OH nearly pissed himself laughing at how blunt i was ... sorry but i was knackered, my back was killing me, it was roasting on the bus then she called me fat? hormones took over i think

people are so ignorant and so quick to judge. so sorry you had that terrible experience you didn't deserve. i'm early on in my pregnany and have already dealt with my fair share of negativity. stay strong. there are people who admire your strength!
