Butterflies

Hey ladies,

Sounds like a silly question but all evening I have had butterflies in my tummy, Like something big is about to happen, I was also suddenly feeling really sick for a bit and then it passed…………Is this me going crazy? Anyone else had something like this that ended up been pregnancy related?

Yes I've had that on and off and got a bfp this cycle.
