.......who are pregnant or have more than 1 lo. How long did you wait after your section before ttc? Did you wait the 2 years as recommended?

Nope I got pregnant 13 months after my 3rd c section a friend I know fell preg 6 weeks after her ccsection and ended up having 2 c sections in a year and had no complications t all x

althought we didnt ttc we did fall pregnant when my 1st was 6 months old. i have 2 that are just under 16 months apart. i did have a 2nd section. i wanted a vbac but she didnt want to come naturally. i was told to wait a year. i had no problems no scar pains or anything.

The recommendation is to wait a year before falling pg. However a friend if mine got pg 8 months after her 1st section.

I have 19 months between my two (both by emergency section) the drs I spoke to said getting pregnant anytime 12 weeks after a section is not a problem

We were never given any recommendations on waiting after my emcs. we obviously waited 2.5 years before ttc, but only because we wanted a 3+ age gap
