She has slept twice for half an hour since 9am and she's still awake!!

hope she sleeps well tonight honey. this is going to sound silly but when i want maddi to go to sleep i place her muslin square over her eyes, it works almost instantly i obviously then remove it and put her to bed/nap etc x

Jack has a set bedtime of 9am, he stays in his cot whether even if he wakes up. Maybe if you do the usual rountine, she will know it is time to go sleep. x

She fell asleep at 2am, woke up 5 times and got up at 9!

She has had her normal naps today so hopefully she'll go to bed like normal tonight!
