We are down to just the 2 cats now, I'd love to have a dog but I don't think the cats would be too impressed. That's one for a few years time I think LOL

I'm surprised at how well SOME cats take to having a new dog around. I don't think any of my cats would be one of those

I'm pretty sure mine wouldn't either ha ha we got a dog when we had cats as a kid but they were all pretty paid back. The size of dog we'd want would be the perfect size for the cat to think he could fight it lol

My kitty would only be ok with a mellow old dog. We dog sat for a friend and Dakota is a rug of a dog, blind, old, deaf, total mop just lays around.

Ashe was nervous the first week, but once she realized the dog meant a warm big bed and she could occasionally steal food from the dog when it was asleep she got better about it.

Our orange cat who I call Mr Kitty does not get along with dogs. When my brother and his girlfriend come over with their dogs my mom has to put our cat in her room and close the door. After her and dogs go in her room I have to put the cat in my room so he doesn't freak out. I can't wait to see how our cat will be when my niece is born in July.

I have 3 fur babies . All of them are rescues. I thought when I was pregnant that my attention would be thinned out. I gave a lot of attention to my kitties before I had Riya. Now that I have her and she is over 7 months old, I can honestly say they are just as spoiled and get just as many cuddles! Maybe not always when they want them (like when I am busy with the baby) but other than a new addition to the family nothing has changed!

What are your furbabies?

I feel like a bad momma, I haven't posted anything of my girls in ages I do take pics, I just tend to send them to OH.

I wonder how OH will spread his time....when he gets home he picks up our oldest cat and puts her over his should like a baby. They have the cutest bond. I've asked him who he's gonna pick up 1st when baby gets here, he says Sophia, we'll see!

I have 3 kitties! My one cat named Kitty is a tuxedo cat and she loves when I hold her on my shoulder like a baby! My other kitty Juno even snuggles next to the baby when I'm nursing her. They even try and lay on her nursing pillow with her lol.

Today our male cat decided to kill a baby cardinal in our backyard. My mom chased him away with a stick and put the dead bird in the garbage. After it happened the mom bird went to the nest and sounded like she was looking for her baby. Poor thing.

We haven't posted here in FOREVER! Anyone dressing up and/or buying their pets presents for the Holidays?

Here is the latest pic of 2 of my babies! They aren't cuddlers so I had to get a pic of them sitting so close and nicely! lol

Your cats are too cute! My mom and I aren't dressing up our cats for Christmas mainly because we would probably get scratched to death.

The key is to not do anything too tight or complicated....oh, and start them young!

There is no way any of my cats would allow that. Lol. Sooo cute.

We have a new addition in our home, a kitten that we can't seem to think of a name for. He is absolutely smitten with Noah and they cuddle 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time kitten acts like he's on crack ripping up and down the hallways and literally climbing the walls (door frames). He's also a bottle thief. For some reason he really likes breastmilk and will chew through the bottle nipples to get to it

So we now have 3 cats...we're officially those crazy cat people.

Kitten and Noah, Kitten and Pepper our 14 year old tux and kitten and Moo. Moo just tolerates him, he always tries to play with her and usually gets hissed at and whacked on the head

Adorable! I'm so glad everyone is getting along for the most part. It's been 3yrs and my oldest still hisses at the youngest when she gets too close! Love the pic of Noah and the little one cuddling!
