Thought it would be good to have a thread for us wanting loose our baby weight to gain some ideas of what meals we are all eating.

So il start, I've had porridge for breakfast and salad for lunch.........

Im 11st7lbs and need to lose another 2st7bs. Already lost 17lbs:happydance:
Iv got flu so havent had anything yet as I slept in and dont feel that hungry :wacko: But I will be eating... a sausage sandwich -427cals tea tonigth will be cous cous with chicken tikka at -371 cals.
Iv got 585 cals after that left but doubt il eat all that. Im on myfitness pall and have a goal of 1380cals a day to lose 1lb a week. I binged yesterday as I was feeling so ill and ate rubbish so have to be very good today:thumbup:
 
yesterday i had -a tin of tuna with salad cream, a coke zero, sweet & sour chicken for dinner with no rice & a glass of red wine.

so far today ive had a coffee (2 sugars) and a coke zero.

This thread is a good idea, I always eat less when im writing down everything I eat!!
 
Today ; 2 bananas, 2 plums, sausage sandwich. Lunch was chicken tikka and cous cous again lol and im about to do some exercise then maybe curried beef cous cous :cloud9:
 
Today, I had...
B: a smoothie (rice milk, frozen blueberries & 1 scoop of protein), some cashew nuts
D: a 2 egg omelette with stir fried green beans & asparagus, Greek yoghurt & pineapple
S: almonds
S: 2 rice cakes & almond butter, 2 pineapple fingers
T: salmon, steamed green veg & a small portion of brown rice

today ive had coke zero, 2 pita breads (brown) with prawns & thousand island sauce (low cal) :)
 
So far:

Bowl of oatmeal with scoop of protein powder added (yum, chocolate oats!!)
Low fat Latte

Greek yogurt with a few nuts in it

Whole-wheat tortilla filled with hummus, tuna and loadsa salad


Later I'll have another greek yogurt and for dinner roast chicken with 3 different veggies
 
small smoothie for brekkie and some supernoodles for lunch. not particularly healthy but gym later should make it up.

Dinner will be a low fat squash risotto
Low fat yogurt
400kcal

Before bed snack will be
Pretzel 80kcal
and a 100kcal treat :)

Finding it hard as I can't stop thinking about cake!:dohh:
 
Ths is yeterdays;
Bowl of sugar free jelly (almost no cals)
Yogurt 100cals
Pita bread & butter x 2 (guessing around 300cal)
chocolate moose 80cals
red wine & diet lemonade 100cal

Slightly over my allowance for a down day :(
