i would give bella some.
like you, i did feel guilty, but then i realised that if i was in pain, i'd take some paracetemol, then i felt bad for feeling i shouldn't give it to her!

Thank you lovely ladies. I knew my mum wouldn't tell me to do anything that isn't right for Frankie, and I trust her implicitly, hence giving him the calpol on her advice. Just nice to know that other mummies would do the same xx

If your LO isn't normally like that, and seemed like he was in pain, then I definitely would have given it. Calpol is safe for them to take, so I would much prefer to give it than for them to spend more time in pain.

If Rebecca is in pain with her teeth, I first give her something cold to chomp on, then bonjela. If that fails then I give calpol.

As others have said, I take paracetamol if I'm in pain so I see no issue with giving it to Rebecca (obviously within guidelines of course!)
