Always constantly anxious about preterm labor, I won’t be able to enjoy my pregnancy til I’m 30+ weeks but time is dragging along like no other I’m 21+3... anyone else??
I have struggled with anxiety about different things throughout this pregnancy both with what's going on in the world and pregnancy itself. I've just started doing more breathing exercises and guided meditation which has been helpful. I think of quotes that help me put things into perspective. I visualize best case scenario- a healthy full term baby. And trust that I am strong and if something happens I will make it through.
