and yeah, it might mean that you are "out" for this cycle, if you didn't BD after CD21. most people will recommend you BD for a couple days in a row after a positive OPK for best chances
but at least now you know you 1. ARE ovulating and 2. WHEN you ovulated, so you can start to track if it's the same time every month. or, for example, you got your temp spike on the 3rd day after a positive OPK, so if that happens again, then you can start to REALLY time your BD well for ovulation. some people get spikes the next day, in which case they need to BD before getting a positive OPK to up their chances. but if you regularly have a 3 day "warning" you are able to get at least a couple good days in.
temping is frustrating in that sense...it takes a couple months to get enough data to make it actually useful.
and yeah, i know right? all these people who hardly but look at a guy and get pregnant. sigh...
