I didnt know where to post. Iv been geting strong period type cramps for over a week but no period :-/ which i think should have been here by now? Not ttc but im starting to wonder if this is a sign? Went on a hen do last saturday and exprienced a sharp shooting pain right down low. Anyone else have anything similar? What was the outcome?

I get this before a period since I had my lo my periods are more intense

Still no period! How long is classed ad normal before i need to see doctor??? Over 2 weeks now its quite intense very small bit of dark spotting last nite but nothing else sorry if tmi :-/
