I am 36 weeks. I am pretty sure lickle baby is still breech and lying straight across my stomach. If this is the case and a scan shows this can I just elect for a c section or do I need to try an ECV first.
I think they will advise you to try ecv first. Try scrubbing the floor on all fours while wiggling your bum, worked for me!
Also a bag of frozen peas at the top of your bump
Good luck! x
Have a look at www.spinningbabies.com. There are some positions in there that are supposed to help encourage a baby to turn. Avoid sitting in seats that tip your pelvis backwards so sit on a birthing ball and all fours is supposed to help. Good luck.x
Hun I could have said the same thing last Friday before I went in for my scheduled scan...lo and behold the baby had already turned itself earlier in the week and is now head down. I didn't even notice the difference!
You never know, your little one could be in the process of moving head down now x
