I'm 35 and have been ttc for nearly a year. 3 and 21 day tests came out normal as did semen analysis and an internal scan.

We saw a locum Dr before the scan who mentioned referring us but the locum Dr I've just seen said we'd have to wait until ttc for 2 years. When I said what the previous Dr had said he told me to talk to my normal Dr (he wasn't v friendly).

Now don't know what to do and though we've good new am generally depressed about everything.

Any advice?

Not sure why you were told that you have to wait until you've been TTC for 2 years. That seems like a long time to me especially since you are 35. Not sure what kind of medical insurance you have, but I was able to go see a fertility specialist w/o a referral so that's exactly what I did. I took matters into my own hands and my doc there let us decide what we wanted to do....fertility meds, IUI, IVF etc. Maybe try another doctor and keep trying until you find one that will give you the care you want.
