I posted this in TWW but I figured long term triers might know this better seeing as we seem to have tried everything to conceive.

I am genuinely confused. I was told I didn't ovulate but I don't know.

I am on my third round with clomid and it was at 150 mg because last round I was at a .7 and they want a 15. This round they tested me on cycle day 21 and I was a 1.19. That just crushed my hopes for ovulating but I have been having weird things happen.

My nipples and aerolas are all the sudden huge and the nipples are super sensitive. A bra is painful and not wearing one is worst. On top of that the whole areole has turned reddish and darker then my normal color. Then I am getting pain down where you get cramps on both sides.

Can clomid cause this all? I am just at a loss.

Yes, I've had all that this cycle(my first on clomid). I don't think I've ovulated either, temping and opks never got close to any positives. Sorry, hope everything gets better for you! Baby dust!!!

See I did have a positive ovulation test but the doctor told me clomid could cause false positives.

Its possible you ovulated later then the doctor expected you to which is why the progesterone was still low on cd 21.
its also possible you got a false surge and dident ovulate , I would suggest taking your basal body temp every morning starting CD 1 so you have a better idea of whats going on. or ask your doctor to monitor your ovaries by ultrasound.

That's the next step with them wanting me to go to a specialist next
