Hello i really need a bit of advise from a few people please. Bit of background, me and OH have been together for 4years, we are very much in love. We own our own 3bedroom house and have a 16month old baby girl.

Im due to start college next month to do the Access Course for a year then it will be 3 years in uni (if everything goes ok), This is something i have wanted to for ages... But i also really want another baby, so much! I really want LO to have a brother or sister and not a big age gap. The perfect time would be to start trying now for that to happen.

If i did fall pregnant i wouldnt be able to finish my couse as its going to be really hard, and i wouldnt want to take a year off between college and uni.

I dont know weather to wait a year and start the couse next year instead :/ or put of baby making for 4-5years

Any advise is welcome, i know no1 can give me the answer tho :flow:

I think you should do the school thing first because itll be even harder to go back once u have 2 kids...2-3years isn't that big of an age gap. my husband and his sister are 6years apart and are like best friends.

I started my 3 year part time ba hons degree 3 years ago and have had to extend work til2014 to complete I got pregnant and had baby nt end of first year. I can say hardest thing I ever did financially and mentally and I would not do it again... I felt pressured to do course cos fee increase is there a pressure for you to do it? I feel a
Little traumatised by especially my final year I felt I aged like mad during that time. I suppose it depends on your support network and the demands of the course for you and your financially security your new baby's temperament your temperament your ability when it comes to academia etc etc so many variables you would maybe want to consider... Guilt played a big part for me and fact I felt entirely overloaded and like I had no life for at least 2 of those years. what do you reckon r the pros for doing uni course now instead of after ur next baby goes to say preschool??

I don't have to pay for the corse if I did it now or 2013/14. After that I would, I will have to pay for uni after tho and the there's no way I can afford that for a good few years

Just thinking also might depend on your age ... I guess amongst er things. Btw I delayed trying for no 2 while at uni and desperately trying now but struggling with irregular cycles but only been trying for 4 months just harried symptoms post coming off depo shot but have had cramps and going for a scan on Monday I am 33 by the way and mother has had mass history of miscarriages over age 30 and fibroids. Auntie had hormonal issues and couldnt conceive after conceiving her first so I am often perhaps feeling overly cautious about waiting too long.

Oh how shit for you bet you don't want the pressure of this!!
I guess u feel v important not to leave a gap between access course and uni...?

I'm 21 and OH is 22, so were both still young but I have irregular periods and the doctors told me i might find it hades to concive (this was before LO)
