can i eat egg fried rice

I have such a craving for sweet and sour chicken with egg fried ruce... Is it ok to eat

I have. I also really annoyed my local takeaway by going through every dish on the menu to check it didn't have MSG in it... Then googled and found MSG isn't an issue for pregnant ladies (though it's not something you want to eat a lot of, generally!)

Me either, I've had it plenty of times and havent even thought itd be a bad thing. I've even had egg mayo sandwiches say 3 times since being pregnant, I wasnt concerned I'm just not a fan of egg haha. X
