Can I eat grapefruit instead of drinking the juice?

I presume it must have the same efffect?! I seem to lack any kind of EWCM, which isn't going to help matters - have just started cycle 6, waiting for AF to finish.

I don't know for sure, but I imagine it would have the same effect.
