Can I freeze tofu?

When I make him tofu I usually give it to him freshly cooked, but I was wondering if I can cook it then freeze it for him like I do with his other foods?

Yes you can but the texture might change a bit when you thaw it out (it becomes more crumbly as some of the water comes out of it) - still perfectly edible though! x

I put some olive oil in a pan and cook it in there. Then I mash it with veggies in my mixer. You?

I haven't tried any tofu on Mia, as I have a huge problem with tofu....I seem to get headaches. What a crappy vegetarian I am.

But I wanna try it though. What consistency do you use? Soft, medium, firm?
