Or more precisely a Lloyds Lemon Drink??? I've had a banging head since about 4am and have nothing else in

I think they are not recommended actually as they have caffeine in and some decongestant that has not been proven to be safe.
It's probably harmless, it's not like they can actually trial it on pregnant women but if you are worried then I wouldn't bother with it.
Paracetamol is fine, you can have a couple of those, and some other sort of nice hot fruity drink (fruit tea or something) might make you feel better.

Wish I could help, but I have no idea what that is. For congestion, sudafed (pseudoephedrine) is okay, now (at least in the states), you have to go to the pharmacy to purchase it, due to people using it as an ingredient in meth, so they came up with a new decongestant, Phenylephrine, which is NOT safe to take during pregnancy, or anytime if you ask me. I hope you feel better soon!! Being sick, sucks!!

Yeah, Lemsip is not recommended for the reasons Kat said. I think it is said on Lemsip boxes that you should ask your doctor first if you are pregnant.

NHS website sayd you can have Paracetamol every now and again if you have a headache.

Hope you get well soon!

please dont risk taking anything other than paracotmol unless you have permisson from your doctor, i was really ill before i had my mc and took lots of stuff like lemsip and beechams and i feel this is the reason why i lost my baby because of ill i was and all the crap i was taking to try and make myself feel better!

even so if u do go to the doctor he will say to take like a hot lemon you can get like a lemon syrip from your local boots i cant remember what its called maybe someone can help you swith the name of it if thweyknow what im on about
