Can it be my BFP??

Here is the story:

I had a trigger shot 10 days ago (ovidrel 250)
I am now 5dp3dt (so 8 DPO)

And this morning (I managed to hold until today to test... but I could not wait any longer!!) I did a first response 5 days sooner and it is positive!

Can it still be the ovidrel? or is it my bfp?? do you think I can test again tonigh or I have to wait tomorrow morning??

I cannot wait to get your thoughts!
