Can my LO now have Gluten?

What age are babys safe to have Gluten in their food? I know on the jars which are 4months plus they all say gluten free...is it 6months? I was going to try some jars thats all xx

Yup at 6 months its ok , they can also start having wheat at this age

Yeah 6 months is ok. Seth has had toast, pasta and sandwiches now and he loves them Also definately makes it easier to think of other food to give them.
