Can someone experienced please help me?! I am scared out of my mind.

I am only 19, I have never been a mother, nor have I ever conceived. A couple of days ago I started noticing weird changes with my body, I was feeling very fatigued, and I slept for almost 14 hours! This morning I woke up at nearly 4 am with pelvic pain. I checked my cervix and it is very soft, closed and higher than usual. I don't know how long my cycle is because I live a very busy life. I've also smoked for about a three years now. I woke up this morning and walked outside to smoke a cigarette like normal, and I couldn't, the smoke inhalation almost made me lose my last nights dinner. I don't know if I've conceived, or if I'm just paranoid! There are so many things going on with my body, like temperature changes every 1-3 hours. My last period ended the 23rd of December. Is it still too early to take a test? Am I paranoid? Did anyone else have this after conception?

Test, if worried. It's a little early but if worried test. You period, if regular should be due in the next week.
