evening all xx

we have a first app with the ivf department on the 24th of this month we have had all the tests ect done and now been referred to ivf depo and the last 2 months my af has decided to please herself when she appears i thought it might just be a one off but she did the same this month .... in the passed my cycle was 32 then changed and settle to 28 day but now i think my cycles are changing back to 32 ... so my question is please can someone remind when do i take opks ??? ive done all the charting and temping ect but decided to stop as i was becoming too obsessed but now i would like to know when am oving again with my cycle changing cos it will be around our appointment but ive totally forgot when to use the opks i.e time of day to pos and how many days before to start using

Hi groovyjem. this was my first month using opks and i started using them from cd10/11 and was able to see them getting stronger. i used cheap ones and then when they were stronger i used clear blue digital ones to back it up and found my two most fertile days. hope this helps! fxd ivf works for you!
