Along with a late period and feeling tired, I am also having stomach aches that are so sharp that they made me have hot flashes. But it isn't down in my pelvid region, it is up higher in my stomach. Maybe it's completely unrelated. But since my AF is late I am starting to find it hard to avoid symptom searching.
