I received my flu shot yesterday and woke up this morning to a spike in BBT. I am only on CD8, which is way too early for me to O. I usually O later than usual. My only thought as to why it could have risen is the flu shot from yesterday. I don't feel sick or anything. anyone else have thoughts or experience with this?

No experience but I would suspect it can affect temp as your body fights off the invading 'virus' albeit a dead one I would maybe discard the temperatures for a few days if they remain high although ovulation can be as early as cd8!

I had a strange temp spike the morning after my flu jab too

Thanks for your replies! My temp did come back down to normal today so I am attributing the spike to the shot and am discarding it. Back to looking forward to a real temperature rise from O! :)
