Can you do IVF with a sperm count of 8000?

My husband has a sperm count of only 8,000. due to his testicles not functioning properly. Has anyone had any experience with this? Is there a way to fix that?

Also could we do IVF with a sperm count of 8,000?

All the doctor told us was that all of his blood tests were normal and his sperm count was 8,000. They did not say anything else.

You may need IVF with ICSI - have a little look at that - you basically need a few good ones for that to work. All is not lost.

Yes you can do with a lot less than that. You will need ICSI though.
