Can you "feel" the embryo?

This could be me just imagining things, but I am sure I can "feel" something on my left hand side, where I imagine my uterus to be. It is a light gentle pressure/tugging. There is no swelling or anything like that, and it could also be my mind playing tricks on me!

I am 6 weeks pregnant.

Can anyone feel anything like this?

(I did wonder about the concern of an ectopic, but I have twinges on my other side, and my HCG numbers are good!)

I'm only 4 weeks but have felt the same sort of twinges since I got my BFP. as far as i am aware its completely normal as long as pain not one sided and unbearable! I find it reassuring that i feel different and it feels like something is going on in there!

I've been having the same feeling on my right side. Not sure what it is, but I like it. It reminds me there's a baby in there!

I've been having those feelings since just before my BFP.. and now for two days I've felt a vibrating sensation. Its so weird because I keep my phone in my scrub pocket and I keep thinking its my phone lol I'm thinking I'm having a serious muscle spasms.

I get the same thing.
