Can you get your progesterone tested to confirm O if you are on progesterone suppositories?

I am trying to decide if I should start mine.

I am worried because I have never O'd before and this is my first cycle on the HCG shot to trigger O.

Can someone help?

No the progesterone supplement will falsely elevate your results...you would have to get the progesterone checked before you started taking the supplements in order to confirm O. I got my progesterone checked before I started taking the supplements and it was 13.6 which means I had ovulated. After taking the supplements for about a week my progesterone level was 39!
