Can you see the nub?

This is my 12+2 scan that I had done today, can you see a nub? Guesses welcome!

Possibly, sticking out a bit at the base of the thigh above baby's bottom?

Can't be sure that's what it is, but if it is the nub, I think it looks like a one!

I think that is a girl although the nub is a little obscured.
