Can your pet tell you are pregnant?

Yep! Each time I have been pregnant, my cat can't get enough of me and he normally likes my hubby best and only tolerates me!

Definitely. My aunry cat who HATES to be touched and close to people followed me around for hours. He would roll over on the ground and even hid behind my legs at the sound of the mower (he usually just runs and hides). ♡

I really think they know something is up. Shortly after I found out I was pregnant one of my cats that never wanted anything to do with me wouldn't leave me alone. Whenever I sit down he lays on my lap and puts his paws on my stomach. The other day he did the funniest thing and I wish I could have gotten it on video. Baby was kicking up a storm and he started slapping my stomach with his paw, baby would kick, he'd slap, repeat.

OMG! You are sooooo lucky. So my second pregnancy and my current at 6wks my cat, Oliver began pissing on me!!!!!!! It was soo gross, he's my sweet, smart, & affectionate baby and never has had marking or litter box issues. He'd act like he was settling in my lap like usual and instead of laying down would pee!! Didn't make the connection to my pregnancy bc I MC on second pregnancy so he stopped. This time it went on for a couple days actually he crawled on me and did it once when I was napping!! Then my female, Nuku nuku started peeing on my pillows and throw blanket too!

I Did a search and found out it's anxiety over our changing scent so they were trying to add their scent to my new one to try and bond closer to me or something. So for two days we ended up locking them up whenever I slept, I also wore their collars like bracelets and rubbed them on my pits, common pheromone spots (pits, crotch, and feet). Which thank God worked and they stopped!

I did notice my dogs will not leave my side now either, which is fairly normal for the one I raised when I was single but our other two who aren't the neediest are like Velcro too. My malamute keeps trying to lay her head on my tummy too.

YES! Odie started giving us clues too before our BFP. He is normally more of a daddy's boy and about a week before the BFP he started following me around the house, not letting me out of his sight. He was also getting WAY more excited than normal when I got home from work. Any time we cuddle he keeps laying his head on my belly.

My moms husky has been more careful jumping up me especially now my belly is noticeable.

She grew big very fast from a puppy so has never realised her own strength.. Like she'd play too rough with her jackrussell and jumps up all excited that you nearly stumble backwards.

At the start of my pregnancy she still jumped up but with less force (she does it for affection and sniffs you, huskies always smell your bum and around your hair and ears to see where you've been, the father of the pups sniffed our ears before he was happy leaving us with the puppies).

She sniffs my bum or crotch a little bit more than usual, but the other day she jumped up, but to the point where I had to put my arm out to catch her paws as she was jumping at an angle to avoid putting her weight on my belly or chest, so if I hadn't put my arm out she would have missed.. I told my mom who didn't see so I called her to jump up again n she avoided my belly again. First time she's ever done that. She still jumps up everyone else the same!

Maybe, my cat is really affectionate to me but not OH :)

I think it depends on the pet. When I was pregnant with my son- my parents cat followed me around and layed on my belly. My final day of labour before the hospital she was stuck to me like glue and sat there thru my contractions. However, my moms dog was just as crazy as ever if not more so -.-
