I am 12 weeks and I am finally feeling mostly normal! For me what helped was rice cakes, protein shakes, hot tea, sugar free popsicles and chia seeds. Chia seeds were awesome to help with nausea and settle the tummy. They are super nutritious, I would swallow a couple big spoonfuls with water and it helped make me feel a little more full and less sick.
